US Boating Shows - General Liability Insurance

REQUIRED FOR ALL EXHIBITORS
General Insurance Requirements
- Per contract, all exhibitors must maintain $1,000,000 minimum General
- Liability Insurance covering exhibit/activation spaces.
- General Liability excludes auto and watercraft coverage, which require separate Automobile or Watercraft policies (Hull and Protection & Indemnity).
- Insurance can be obtained by adding a business rider to your existing policy.
Certificate Requirements
- Minimum $1,000,000 General Liability Insurance covering exhibition space(s).
- Yachting Promotions, Inc. must be named as additional insured and certificate holder at: 1650 SE17th Street, Suite 412, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33316.
- Certificate must specify show name and dates. Separate certificates required for multiple shows.
- Name on certificate must match contract name to ensure proper submission.
- Certificate must remain valid throughout the entire show period.
Important Notes
- No exceptions to this policy.
- Certificate due 30 days before 1st Exhibitor Move-In day.
- Parent company policies require notification to Yachting Promotions, Inc.
- Exhibitor Credentials will be withheld until valid certificate received.
- Alternative option: $1,000,000 General Liability Insurance available through our agent for $165 (covers only contracted space during show dates).
Vessel/Equipment Coverage

Any claims/losses/accidents related to boarding, visiting/touring, or disembarking exhibitor vessels or equipment are not covered by the General Liability policy from our insurance agent. Exhibitors are responsible for securing Hull, Protection & Indemnity insurance (including crew) and other appropriate coverage.
